A General Document is in effect an item of Correspondence. Correspondence is anything that is written down and sent from one party to another. Thus it includes the following:
A "Form" is a set of structured information - the boxes define the information requested, and whether or not it is mandatory or optional. A Letter is thus often a set of "unstructured" information. However within the CEMDC environment, in fact it is just another form. Return to Meaning of Terms |
